PlanPlus Hosts Complimentary Event in Malaysia

On July 28 PlanPlus will host a complimentary event entitled Connecting with PlanPlus Planit Users. This 3.5 hour event is geared towards current customers and partners in the SEA region. The registration deadline in July 16.

PlanPlus takes part in the FPAM Financial Literacy Talk and 2010 CFP Networking Dinner

On July 31 Brad Greer, PlanPlus VP Global Sales & China Operations and Wee Hen Tang, PlanPlus VP South East Asia will conduct a 2 hour training seminar for Advisors at the FPAM Financial Literacy Talk in Penang, Malaysia. Creating Trust Through Written Financial Plans will provide advisors with information on the public's need for advisors that are experienced in both creating and delivering written financial plans. Survey evidence reveals that individuals who have a written financial plan are more likely to feel satisfied with how they manage their financial affairs, more likely to use a professional planner, more likely to rebalance their portfolios, less likely to be worried about retirement, and less likely to make financial decisions based solely on their own knowledge.

Brad Greer has been invited to speak at the evening dinner. His speech topic "When Will China Become the World's Largest Economy" and "Why My Children and I Now Speak Mandarin?" discuss how China could become the world's largest economy within 25 years and how it will impact the world. Jin Greer (Su Jin) will talk about "How I learned to dance in a Chinese Orphanage and why I adopted my family in the United States."
