1. Payment for Services

As a registered user, you will be charged a Services fee for services rendered by PlanPlus. PlanPlus may modify the applicable fees at any time without prior notice. Your payment to PlanPlus of all fees and any additional applicable charges and taxes, may be made by your valid credit card or cheque.

2. Currency of Transaction

All payments will be made in Canadian dollars. PlanPlus will use the current exchange rate, during the day of the transaction, to convert non-Canadian based currency into Canadian dollars.

3. Return/Refund Policy

PlanPlus has a 30-day full return/refund policy from the original date of purchase. Please contact PlanPlus’ office administrator at (705) 324-8001 x313 for details.
